Your Statement Stub is a deposit slip, simply take it to any US Bank.
You can pay at any US Bank. Here’s how:
Pick up a counter deposit at the bank and fill it out like this.

Enter the account number correctly. Be sure to write your name on the deposit slip so we can properly credit you. We can see a duplicate of the deposit slip online.

You MUST put your name or address on the front or back of the deposit slip for us to identify who is paying.
